We keep this simple and human — because this is a small, independent publication run by real people.

Diecast Heroes is an independent magazine published by
Matthews Creative, UK.

When we say “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms, we mean the Diecast Heroes editorial team at Matthews Creative.

Using the Diecast Heroes website

You’re welcome to browse, read and explore the site for your own personal use.

We simply ask that you don’t:

• copy or republish our editorial content elsewhere without permission

• sell, license or redistribute our content

• present our work as your own

All written content, layouts and design on this website belong to Diecast Heroes and Matthews Creative unless otherwise stated.

Our editorial content

Diecast Heroes is an editorial magazine.

We introduce people and their work in miniature through features and stories.

While we take great care in how we publish, the opinions and views expressed by contributors remain their own.

Taking part and sending us material

If you take part in a Diecast Heroes issue or submit material to us:

• you confirm that the work you share is your own, or that you have permission to share it

• you allow us to publish and present that material as part of Diecast Heroes (in print, digital editions and on our website)

We will always credit contributors clearly.

We do not sell or license contributor work to third parties.

Ordering a magazine

Diecast Heroes magazines are produced on demand.

Printed copies are produced and shipped for us by our print partner, Bookvault.

Each copy is printed specifically for your order.

Because of this:

• we cannot offer returns for change of mind

• but if there is a printing or delivery problem, you contact us and we will resolve it with our printer on your behalf

Payments

We do not receive or store your card or payment details.

Payments are handled securely by:

• PayPal

• Stripe

• and our sales platform Payhip

Your payment information is processed under their own terms and privacy policies.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location and production time.

Because all print copies are made to order, delivery includes both printing and shipping time.

If you experience a problem with delivery, please contact us and we will investigate it for you.

Links to other websites

Sometimes we link to other websites or platforms (for example, contributor channels or partner services).

We are not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.

Availability of the website

We do our best to keep the website running smoothly.

However, we can’t guarantee that the site will always be available or free from technical interruptions.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by negligence

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
