We’re a small, independent magazine, and every printed copy is produced especially for you.

To keep everything clear and calm, here is how ordering and fulfilment works.

Ordering, payment and fulfilment

Diecast Heroes magazines are sold through Payhip

Payments are handled securely by:

Printed copies are produced and shipped on our behalf by our print partner, Bookvault.

Each magazine is printed on demand, specifically for your order.

Printing and delivery

Because every copy is produced individually:

  • printing and delivery times can vary depending on location and production schedules

  • your order includes both production time and shipping time

If you have any questions about an order, please contact us — and we will look after it for you.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, please make sure it is applied before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discounts after a payment has been completed.

If something goes wrong with a code, we’re always happy to help you carry it over to a future order.

Damaged or faulty copies

If your magazine arrives damaged or with a printing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because our printer works to strict reporting windows, we must raise any production or damage issues with Bookvault within 7 days of delivery.

If you get in touch with us promptly, we will handle the process with our printer on your behalf.

Returns and refunds

All Diecast Heroes magazines are printed on demand.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights if a magazine arrives damaged or faulty.
